The Society for Professional Journalists is a national organization for professionals and students. Any student interested in the field of journalism at the University of Iowa is encouraged to attend our chapter meetings. Our chapter is made up of a diverse group of individuals whose interests range from broadcast, print and photo journalism to public relations. At UI SPJ, you can network with professionals and students who share your interests and passions; hear lectures from professionals, gain career advice, and have the opportunity to become a leader in a rapidly expanding student organization. Join us for meetings every other Monday night at 7 P.M. in the Adler Journalism Building (just North of the Main Library on the University of Iowa campus).
